Hip Alchemy is a LIVE 4-week course and you can join me one of two ways:

1.  LIVE VIA ZOOM

Join me via Zoom - from my home studio to your home. You get the benefit of live instruction, plus I'll be able to help you adjust your poses and answer your questions as they arise.

I'm a lifetime student of movement within the body.

I started with a passion for dance and a dream to be a ballet dancer. Over the years, this passion has evolved into being a yoga and Pilates teacher. I also study other support modalities that enhance emotional and mental wellbeing.

Now, in my late 60’s, I have been teaching for over 40 years.

I practice what I preach. If I'm teaching it, you can know that I've been doing it myself! When I find something that works for me, I share it with you…
